1. PROJECT DEFINITION AND PLANNING COUNCIL

This council is responsible for defining the scope, objectives, and plans necessary for the project's implementation.

2. GEOGRAPHICAL DOMAIN PLANNING COUNCIL

This council determines the geographical areas for project execution. It has the authority to add new domains or exclude existing ones as needed. Additionally, it decides how to divide a geographical domain into sub-domains. Once a domain is selected, the following councils are formed for each sub-domain:

3. ENTITY MANAGEMENT COUNCIL

5. RESOURCE MANAGEMENT COUNCIL

This council defines the types and frequency of activities to be conducted. Activities may include events or other initiatives crucial to the project.

7. ACTIVITY INDEX MANAGEMENT COUNCIL

This council maintains a comprehensive index of all planned and completed activities within the project.

8. SHRIKALKI SANATAN DAND COUNCIL

This council addresses obstacles and handles cases of Dharm Avamanana (Contempt of Dharm) with the assistance of legal advisors, ensuring alignment with the project's ethical framework.
